On June, 7 there was the official opening of a new office of the company «DEKA Project» situated on Obuhovskaya line, village Podgorcy, 1-34 Ozernaya Str. Regional representatives have been invited to this action from all divisions of the company: there was the top management of UDEC Group, regional managers of the companies and also employees PR and HR departments of the company. All workers used time with the maximal benefit as a case to communicate to such plenty of the colleagues from other cities happens not so often. It was the remarkable opportunity to fasten new acquaintances between representatives of other companies, to talk about work, to share experience and helpful information with each other. Fine weather, country air, beautiful landscapes, a view on the lake located directly near office, - all accompanied creation of friendly informal conditions. The meeting began from an introductory word of the president UDEC GROUP - Mr. Ahmet Azmi Zirh and director of company EUROCELL Saygun Kantoglu. After everyone was represented to the guests and has a little told about himself and his work, all barriers interfering pleasant dialogue was gone. Under control of new PR director Yurder Yildiz all guests were divided into four teams and have carried out a seminar by their own forces on such themes as: the SWOT-analysis UDEC GROUP, advantages and disadvantages of the company, consideration of trends of new directions of the company, possible trainings for the personnel, etc. All groups came to performance of the task very seriously, and discussion of such questions has brought big results. Outside the remarkable furshet has been organized and in intervals between the solving important problems visitors could relax, have a rest and communicate with each other in a cool shadow of an awning near lake. The seminar “Team building” has played the big role in rallying collective UDEC GROUP, that showed feelings with which workers of the company from different cities left each other.
